Anthony W. "Tony" SKEEN

I know this is very long after the fact, but I would like to convey the sadness I feel at Tony's passing at an early age. When I was a very young boy, living on 30th street in Lubbock, Tony, who was eight years older than me, took time out to throw the football around and to play a little basketball with me.
