We had a lot of fun. I regret I didn't take the time to see him during these past several years. He did have a generous soul of which he was quite modest.

I was so sorry to hear that Butchie passed. My sincere condolences to you both.

Butchie was such a kind person. I met him at PS 31 in 1991. He always brightened my day and was probably one of the funniest people I have ever met! He always told the funniest stories.

This is such a difficult time for you both. You are in my thoughts and prayers!

I'm sadden to hear of Tony's passing. People who got to know him knew he was kind and generous. We had a lot of laughs. i'm sorry I haven't in many years. My condolences.

My deepest sympathy and condolences on Tony's untimely passing.
Even though Tony and I had different political opinions recently, I held him in regard as intelligent and perspicacious in many areas.
He was a superb husband and father who put his family above all else in this world.
This alone was one of the reasons I liked him and "loved" him as a strong and fervent advocate in support of the less fortunate.
