Not sure what to say?

I worked with Tony at IBM is the product assurance department in the early 80s. I am sorry to hear of his passing. He was a fine mentor during my summer internship in 1979 and then when I hired on in 1980. He was, indeed, a punmeister. I am sorry I lost contact with Tony but I never forgot him. He was a significant part of my early engineering life, and a fine engineer.

I just learned of Tonys passing and so, to Edie and his family, I want to express my sadness and condolences to you. I first met Tony when he was in the choir at Christ the King parish and I was the church organist. I have many fond memories of Tony and I will always remember his smile and the kindness he showed to all. He will be missed. Again, my sincerest sympathies to you.

Sending you all my prayers and hope you find peace in hearts during this sad time.

We are very sorry to hear about Mr. Strines passing. We will keep your family in our prayers.

ony and Edie were friends of my parents, Ken and Elaine Merritt, from school, IBM and Christ the King church. Tony sang at my fathers funeral in 1973. My sympathy to the whole family. Peggy Merritt Mahoney

Dear Edie and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Tony will be missed. I am so glad that my family and I were lucky enough to meet you both during our walks and snacks at the mall. When we met my son RG was young, and he would look all over for Tony as soon as we walked into the mall. Then when he would hear Tony yelling out RRRRGGGG he would get the biggest smile on his face. I was sad when I had to stop going to the mall and walking with you both. May god ease your pain and help you...

Dear Edie and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Tony will be missed. Edie, we loved getting to know both of you during our walks at the mall (& snack afterward). When RG was young, he would start looking for Tony (and Edie) as soon as we would enter the mall. Then as soon as he heard Tony yelling out RRRRRRGGGGGG, he would get a great big smile on his face. I am so glad that my family was blessed to know him. Tammy & RG

You will be missed dad Tony. See you on the other side.

Dear Edie and family,
I am sorry to read of dear Tony's passing. You and your family will have a special remembrance in my prayers. God bless you. Sister Anne Stephen
