Not sure what to say?

Dear Thomas Family, I am saddened to just learn of the passing of Dr. Thomas. I was a patient of his when he was practicing medicine in Detroit, MI. I will never forget his kindness and professionalism in handling my case. I have never had a doctor as caring him since he returned. May the Lord´s peace be with you. With Deepest Sympathy, Charlie Coman

You are remembered to this day for you loving kindness. We are blessed to have had you in our lives. Catherine Khoury Kassouf

I just found out that Tony passed away. I wanted to reach out with something his mom wrote many years ago. My deepest sympathies to his family and my cousins Kathy, John and Sam. When i was 5 or 6, and Tony was about 20 years older than me, i remember conversations with him (not completely) but still remember him as that young man, so friendly (as are his siblings) who made such an impression on me. Reading the comments, he seemed to continue his legacy. RIP cousin Tony! God Bless.

The memories I have spending time with Tony in our younger years will forever be etched in my heart. Tony was always a pleasant, loving caring person whom I admired. He and his family have always had a place in my heart. May he rest in peace and may his memory be eternal.

Tony was more than a mentor, he was a friend. His empathy and compassion was boundless. In fact, when I got engaged I told Tony before telling my parents! When things were difficult during residency, Tony was always there to listen, coach and mentor. He would always shed a light on what was important in life...people. He stressed that family and friends were the most important things in life and that each patient deserved the same consideration as them. He valued his work, the...

Dr Thomas cared for me during my 3rd year of a Neurology residency at CCF. He was outstanding in all ways. I think of him often.

I became aware of his death only today. Im having urological symptoms and hoped to call or even visit with him. Instead I found his obituary.

I selfishly wish he was alive and healthy.

God bless his family and all others that are heart broken by his death.

The world was a better place with Tony Thomas in it and every person that was blessed to be in his presence.

Dr. Thomas gave my husband hope when we had no one else to turn to for his chronic urologic medical condition. My husband was one of his last patients in late 2006. He demonstrated such compassion and professionalism to both of us. We were so grateful for his expertise and care. Our sympathies to his wife Mary Jane and children.
