Omg so sorry to hear just now about Vaccie he was a great man how he loved my father who he called Poppa Ed n all the hunting stories him n my Uncle James where very close also so sorry for your loss

So sorry to hear of Tony‘s passing, he was a true gentleman and a wonderful friend. We had many great stories and laughs in PA . I am especially going to miss his face light up when I used to surprise him with his favorite apple pie! My sincerest condolences to lovely Betty and to the entire family. The great thing about it is that we get to keep the love and the memories with us forever! God bless you all, and Thank you for making me a part of your family.

Vaccie was a such a bright presence and touched so many lives in a positive way.
When he stopped by to visit “Squat” and “Annie”, it was always a huge treat for me. His smile was infectious. They would drink coffee and eat cookies and talk of all the fun they had way back when. 65th Street. Under the EL. When my son was little, he would love to hear all about Vaccie’s trains. He always brought happiness and joy to every encounter.

Vaccie was one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. No one comes close.

I didn’t get to see him often, but he was the type of person that made such an impression every time you did see him, that it stayed with you.

You wouldn’t just remember what he said to you, you’d remember how he made you feel. When he spent time with you, he was fully there, and when he looked at you he truly saw you. He was a beautiful reflection of Christ’s love, freely pouring out...

He was a wonderful man and a great friend. He and his wife Betty took me under their wing as a new comer and it was never enough for them to be gracious and helpful. I can still see him coming up the driveway on his John Deere with goodies from his wife or driving me up to the bus station and telling me how he met his better half years ago. I will miss him and Pa is not going to be the same without him. Days in and days out he would be working on his property and listening to the noise you...

i met Vacci through my in laws. From the day i met him you knew he was one of a kind. Real , honest and always warm and supportive. He was a wonderful human being. RIP my good man. Life has lost another great person.
