Was so sorry to see of Tonys passing.He was a great friend to me years ago. I was a young cop that knew nothing.He helped me along with his dad Russ to be a good oficer..He will be missed.Robert Matter Past Lowell PD.God rest him.

Dad, I will alwats miss you even though you wern't always there for me I learned a lot from you I am my fathers son You in a differant body. You always guide me in my day to day ventures and my kids also have you in them. Theresa and Angie also have the Vicari blood in them and the 4 grand kids of mine. You will always be in my heart and my soul pop I miss you.Rest in peace Pop.

Im so sorry to hear of the loss of not only your husband but my
grandfather. He was a great man and served his country proud. As a

member of today I owe my military reputation to those soldiers,
sailors, and
