Anthony P. Vivirito Jr.

Anthony P. Vivirito Jr., 26, of Pittsburgh, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011. Anthony attended Mt. Lebanon High School and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 2004. Anthony loved Pittsburgh, the Steelers, the Penguins and the Pirates. He knew players by names and numbers, team records and trivial attributes. He was a caring and loving person and a friend to everyone he met. He had charisma we will never forget and will be missed by all, and we know he is in a peaceful place. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Karin L. Harris, of Glendale, Ariz.; father, Anthony P. Vivirito Sr.; and stepmother, Victoria Vivirito, of Pittsburgh; brother of Daniel Marc Vivirito, of Gilbert, Ariz.; stepbrother of Ashley Anderson, of Pittsburgh; loving grandson of Anthony J. and Marilyn (Miller) Vivirito Jr., Donna (Harris) and Bob Fry, of Karns City, and Ronald C. and Carrie (Giza) Harris, of Winterhaven, Fla., formerly of Etna; nephew of Deneane (Vivirito) and Michael Farrell, Michael Vivirito, Yvonne (Harris) and Ronald Guthrie and Chuck and Jeanne (O'Toole) Harris; and Anthony's girlfriend, Alex May Straus. Friends will be received from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday at the WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th St., Lawrenceville. A funeral Mass will be held at noon Friday in Holy Spirit Parish, Millvale.
