ZIFER, Anthony, Jr., went to be with the Lord on August 21, 2015 at the age of 92. He was a native of Dover, OH and was born in April of 1923. He served in the Navy during WWII on the US Pavo AK-139. He worked for Norm Eiler in Dover and the Nickel Plate RR before moving to Dade City, Florida....
