Professor Zito taught me Professional Ethics my 3rd year. Many say lawyers have no ethics but I learned differently. Professor Zito was an example of the ethical lawyer that people want representing them and helped me to become one too. For that I will always remember and thank him.

I was a student of Prof. Zito's at JMLS. He was such a splendid, wonderful man. I'm a better lawyer & person for knowing him. Rest peacefully. -Rob Pervan.

He was not only a patient, a husband of a patient, a father of patients, and a grandfather of patients, but also was a very good friend. I miss him so much.

The years I spent on the soccer fields with Mr. Zito will never be forgotten. Mr. Zito was always a leader and insperation to all of us kids who were lucky enough to experience his coaching. Go Stingers!
