It is now January 2010, and months have passed since we lost Antoinette. I still think of Antoinette daily, and how this must make all of you ache. I miss her so. I think of her laugh, her intelligence, her quick wit, her deep love for her children. We shared a 4 pm joke every day, and I still hear her musical laugh at 4 each day. Not simply because we are here but to channel the rain across the openings of our soul, and give birth to the scent of life-colored roses. If we gather the hearts that swell for you, the oceans bow. We will restring her name into our ribcage, and play her into every red morning's dawn.
