Not sure what to say?

They could sure use a man like you in this age of SpaceX and Blue Origin. You're missed Tony.

The man that hired me in 1981 into the shuttle MEQ Engineering group. A charter member of Gunde's Animals. Tony ALWAYS had our backs, the BEST boss I ever had. He was a mentor with just the best mind I've ever known. RIP...You will always be the ACE high plains drifter.

Thank you, Phil. Knowing you are remembering my Father on this anniversary made my day.

It's been ten years since Tony's been gone and this year marks the fifty anniversary of the first lunar landing July 20, 2019. David.
I am to sorry to hear about your father.
I know you were very close and how much he meant to you, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and may God give you and your family peace at this time.

God Bless,
Jo Bennett

David Anton Gunde wants to express his sincere thanks for all of the kind comments, thoughts, and especially all of the great stories about my Father. I have always looked up to my Father. His loyalty was unquestionable. He was, indeed, a true Rocket Man.

Tony accepted my request for transfer from the LA Division in 1979 and promtly ask if I would temporarily help out in TPS. Retired 11 yrs later without asking how long temporary would be. Hope to join Tony one day for a long term assignment.

David,
Our families have known one another for over 40 years. In that time, we have forged strong ties through all of life's ups and downs. Please know that our thoughts are with you in this time of grief for your beloved father. May you be comforted by all of the memories (especially as of late with all of your traveling).
With love,
The Hooper Family
