I remember the first time I saw Mr Rubio, watching from the top of the hill on DeHoop ave as his son, Tony, went sledding. Tony and I became friends, and the Rubio's accepted me into their house over the following years almost like family. We went to Cedar point together, eating chicken and Spanish Rice in the car on the way. Mr Rubio's kind face, loud laugh, thoughtful and intellegent words, and deep history made him an interesting guy. His faith was out in the open and he Loved God. ...
