April Cockrell

I started as a visiting hospice volunteer with April, but we soon became friends. I always looked forward to seeing her - even in her weakened state she was able to give me her little smile - it was precious to me. I visited with her on her last day on this earth - I told her how blessed I was to have her friendship. R.I.P. - Rejoicing in Paradise! God bless you April - He certainly blessed me with your friendship.

I'm so sorry to hear about April. We worked at Daewoo together and she was always so sweet. When I lost my young son, she came to sit with me for a while. No talking, just sitting. Sometimes that's all you need. I will keep her, her children and family in my thoughts and prayers. Your memories will keep her alive in your heart. God Bless.
