Arax Charkoudian

Miss Charkoudian was my US History teacher at Longmeadow High School, 1963-64. Her class sparked an interest in me. I went on to major in US history in college and teach on and off for years. About fifteen years ago, I found Arax through an article in the newspaper and contacted her. We got together for lunch a couple of times. She was such delightful company as we reminisced and filled each other in about our lives up until then. So glad she lived such a long, productive, and rewarding life.
