Not sure what to say?

My father, William Edward Hoatson Sr. was a cousin of Archibald. His father was Harold Hoatson of Baltimore and Bethany Beach Delaware. His mother, who I never met, was Hazel Healy.
I remember hearing of "Archie" He sounds like he was a nice man, similar to Uncle Grant, whom we visited every year in Rehobath Beach, Del. (When a child, Dad lived for awhile with him in Montclair, NJ.)
I don't know too much about my Dad's relatives. Wish I knew more or had some pictures.
...

What can I say about Uncle Archie that hasn't already been said. I think Bobbi,Katie,Juliann and Billy said it all. He always made you feel special, like you were the only one in the room when he was talking to you. My kids loved going up to Morris Road for a visit because they loved Uncle Archie and candy drawer was always full. Love and prayers.

Dear Aunt Pat, Bill, Bob, Richie, Tom and Patty,
I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Archie. I have such good memories of growiing up and spending time with your family. I loved the kind and gentle man that he was and will always remember the way he looked and smiled at me when we were talking.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your families. I know what a loss this has been to all of you.
Love,
Joan (Hoatson) McGrady

MARK GILLESPIE AND FAMILY

Dear Hoatson Family,

I was saddened to hear about Mr. Hoatson's passing. My deepest, heart-felt sympathy to all of you.

I have such fond memories of Mr. Hoatson. He was always generous with his time and talent helping friends and neighbors with their home improvements. We as kids spent many summer holidays together playing baseball in the back yard while Mr. Hoatson and the rest of the dads cooked lobster, clams, corn on the cob (and maybe drank an occasional beer). ...
