Archie C. Boyd

I worked with Archie as a sales rep for the leather laces for which he used to hang the slate art. He was a pleasure to work with, and held my attention with interesting tales of his great work. In 1991, Archie sent me a slate with the St. Louis Cathedral on the front, along with a historical fact sheet. I saw the slate today, and decided to seek him out. I was sorry to hear of the loss. Archie will continue to inspire all who hold a piece of his beautiful artwork. Thank you Archie.

Well i knew nothing about Archie C. Boyd, until I googled his name. I only googled his name because I have a picture with his signature on it, and I just wanted to see what the history of the picture was. I am sorry to hear that he is no longer with us, but from the looks of it, he had a bunch of friends and family that loved and appreciated him. I guess I could say thanks for the picture.

Thanks Uncle Archie for the great times in New Orleans, we will never forget them. We will miss you.

We will never forget the fun we had going to an Oilers hockey game with Uncle Archie in -30 degree weather. Uncle Archie was a trooper. He will be missed. Leah and Brad.
