Not sure what to say?

Dear Essie, In looking up an obit just now, I found I had missed knowing Archie died. Lordy, you two were amazing! Bob Mendelsohn and I loved talking about you. I hope you and your family find comfort in the great memories that I hope you carry. I know this is a hellish time. Just do your best -- it does get better, but only later. Love, Rita

To the Libeberman family- I want to
express my sadness of Archie's
passiing. He was a great inspiration
to my photography.
He was a photographer's photographer.
I was proud to say that I was able to
help find the lenses that helped him
in his photography.
He use to call me "Cous"(distant cousin)
His influence will never be forgotten.

We were very saddened today when we heard of Archie's passing. What a wonderful man he was! Both Don and I have very fond memories of his visits to my parents' home and treasure the photos that we have of him and his photography. He left his mark on this world, and he will not be forgotten. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.

Dear Esther and Family,
We are so sorry to hear of Archie's passing. He was a wonderful man and a good friend to the Ralston Family. He will be missed.

Esther and family,
We loved Archie. You know he was loved and remembered fondly by us and the kids. His pictures he made of us Paul kids when we were little are in our homes. In our house are also prints he made of our wedding. The kids will grow up with his books.
There are not enough words to say how special Archie was and you are.
We miss you, Esther.
love,
Jane, Ross and kids

I was always pround to tell people that I knew Archie. As a teenage, Archie taught a few of us photography. I'm 77 and I'm still at it. I had to smile a bit when Sol his father was mentioned, he gave me my first haircut and into my late teens. So sorry to see such a talented guy pass away
