Mr. Payne along with Ms Payne would help keep my sister and cousins out of trouble in my old East Chicago neighborhood. Great memory of him teaching me and my cousin on how to fillet a fish, my condolences goes out to the Payne Family.

I am so sad that Unc is gone - but I know he's more comfortable now, probably fishing right now as we speak :) !! I have a lot of memories that I will smile at whenever I think of those memories!
