We were so very sorry to hear that Della passed away! We will never forget her! We have shared so many things as friends and neighbors in Fridley! All of our chats and deep discussions. Im so very glad that we had the opportunity to stop and visit on our way home from Ct. on two different occassions. I remember back to when we moved into our home in Fridley 38 years ago! I am sad to hear the passing of Della, as I grew up with her as a neighbor in Fridley, Minnesota. I remember going over to Leo and Della's house just to talk, swing on the tire swings or visit with them when I was a little boy. She always would get a hug before leaving, as she was just like a grandmother to me growing up. She will always be remembered in my heart. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family on the loss of such a great lady.

I will always remember going over to Leo and Dellas house in Fridley and helping Della paint the window sills when I was a young girl. I spent many hours over there. As I got older, Della was always there to chitchat and lend an ear.
When I met my husband, Della was the first person outside the family to know that I was engaged, she was so excited for me.
