Arden was always a positive person and pleasure to work with. He appraised several developments and real estate transactions over the years for me. I enjoyed working with him and his straight forward approach to his appraising. Best regards to the family.

Arden was one of the sweetest and kindness men I ever met. At Bella Vita wherever Arden was, people were smiling and laughing. I will never forget the kindness he showed to my mom, Emma, and will always be grateful for that. He was a true gentleman and a joy to be with. Our sincere condolences to your family.

Doc was one of the smartest and most informed individuals I've known in my lifetime. I worked with him at GAB, took his place in the Flint office when he left the company, and consulted him on many matters over the past 45 years. He was well known as an expert in his field and he was well read in many matters. I'm sorry for your loss. He will always be rembered by me and many others.
