Not sure what to say?

To the family of Ms. Ardieth Pierce: my sincerest condolences. Ms. Pierce watched me grow up as we lived across the street from one another. She was such a sweet soul and I truly enjoyed spending time with her when I was in town prior to her move to Richmond. She always had a kind word, told me how proud she was of me, and was like a second mother. I pray for peace and understanding as you continue to adjust to life without such a wonderful person.

Mrs. Pierce was such a sweet person, my sincere sympathy to the family and friends.

To the family of Mrs. Pierce I pray for your strength and comfort in the Lord during this time. I have a lot of fond memories and gratitude for her. I had the pleasure and privilege to work under her when I was just 19 years. We worked in what was then called VSU Personnel Dept. A beautiful soul who taught me well. God bless you all.

My deepest sincere condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Pierce at WMC. We became friends and movie buddies. Enjoyed our laughs, picking her up and hanging out. So kindhearted and loving.

I will miss my dear friend, Ardieth. She was such a special person, quiet, thoughtful, elegant, smart and such a blessing to all who knew her. I am thankful that she was able to live independently for all of her 93 years. Connie Vest, Friend

I had the opportunity to serve with her on the Human Rights Committee. She was very supportive of the individuals we served. My condolences to the family.

Rest well sweet lady. I remember how very special you treated us when we were young students at Virginia State University. You were an inspiration to many.

My sincere condolences to the Family and Friends of Mrs. Ardieth Pierce. Our path crossed during her tenure at Virginia State University. She was one of many who took me under her wings during the inception of my employment at VSU. She was never too busy to assist and advise you when needed and with a smile. Take the many memories that you have shared with her and be encouraged. May God continue to bless each of you.

To the Pierce Family. You all had a wonderful, loving and kindhearted mother and grandmother. I would call her Mom Pierce as she wanted me to call her. My children and I called her mom and grandma. My grandchildren called her grandmother too. I have known her for over 30 years. We met while I was working at VSU in the late 80's. I have enjoyed the many talks, laughs, hugs, prayers and cries with her. She always had a beautiful smile and loved all of her children and grandkids. She always...
