Not sure what to say?

Arend was a kind and talented gentleman who had an easy disposition and put people at ease. The world needs more peacemakers and it must be that Heaven welcomes them, too. I do not accept death as an absolute but only a change for the better as we make our way back to our Father. Arend has earned his Earthly Endurance Award, as we all must. Thank you, dear Sister Wheeler, for sharing him with us.

just a note to express my condolences to helen and family on the passing of arend. i remember him and his band coming to entertain at the rehab center and how very much the residents enjoyed the beautiful music.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

Visits from Uncle Arend were always a treat. I remember well the time he and Aunt Helen took my brother and me to Salt Lake to see the sites. After, we stopped for ice cream at Snelgroves. It was a wonderful time when he came. I will always remember Uncle Arend as kind and caring and willing to help others.

I always looked forward to Arend's visits and will have fond memories of his very kind heart and soft spoken words. I also loved to listen to him play the piano at our house.
