Dear Mom,
I miss you. I would not wish you back in our world in the
body that suffered so. Seeing you in pain, well it hurt me inside. Don't take me wrong--I was proud and honored to be with you, that is where I belong. I hope you found your family with no trouble--picturing you with them, body healed and happy, that's what I try to think of. But, you know me--dragon with a bone, as you used to say.
Thank you, Mom for all you did for me and your Son. And I am so sorry for ever hurting your heart. Being a Mom myself now, well, you know--our children have the power to pierce our heart with pain. They also have the power to bring such happiness, just by showing they love us as we love them.
I doubt you read the paper now, I guess I thought maybe it would help me somehow, to try and feel normal again without you.
I love you. Your Son loves
you, both of us, forever.
