Arjun is close to my DTR, hence close to me. He is like her brother, hence another son for me. She is now visiting with her one year old son. May his soul that rests in all of us find an eternal place to rest.

Manju always remembers you. She just had a son Reyaan 6 weeks old and every time we see him we think of you.

Dear Dr. Patel, Thinking about you and your family as this sad date rolls around again. I lost my 33 year old (only) nephew just a month before your son passed. 2017 just sucked for me, too. It was the year I was diagnosed with cancer. Arjun and I also share a birthday. I am sorry I never got to meet him but happy he got to take that trip to Japan. Know that you are in my prayers. God Bless. Gerra Gembarosky
