Not sure what to say?

I was so sad to hear of the loss of Arleen Linehan. She was such an inspiration to her students and to her fellow educators. I've known Arleen for many years through the Mid-Atlantic Marine Educators Association -- she was a long-time, loyal member of MAMEA. We will miss her immensely!

My very fist memory of Mrs. Linehan was the first day of school at Brandon Jr. High. The first day the school opened. (78-79) I walked into a brand new school and I was very nervous. She was my first bell. Well, I walked in she greeted me with this awesome smile and a hello. I was relaxed. Then she sat me next to a football player and told me he was my partner. There goes the nerves.... I will truly miss her. She was an awesome teacher but she also was a dear friend. My prayers are with...

I was so striken when I heard of Mrs. Linnehan's passing. I remember the antics in the classroom from way back when; later in life, I would smile whenever I would see SEAFVR on the Prelude...
She was one of the teachers that helped to mold me into the kind of educator that I became. To say that she will be missed would be an understatement!

Arleen was more than a cousin to me. She was a mentor, teacher, a person who provided unconditional love and support. She was absolutely adored by my parents (she was just like my mom in spirit, personality and musical taste) and a godsent to me!! I will miss her and know that she will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
As my dad would say,"Ar, you truly are the greatest!"

Mrs Linehan was such a wonderful lady. She showd she card and gave much to her students and the kids at Brandon and Green Run.. She will always be honored in the hearts of many. May God Bless you and we are sorry for the lost of a beautiful woman.

I am saddened by the news of Mrs Linehan passing. She was a person who enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She touched so many young lifes and impacted them in ways thats unexplainable. She was my science teacher Green Run (1985-1987)and Brandon. We will all miss her dearly. May God bless you all.

I wish to express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the late Mrs. Linehan. Her strong morals and values were always evident in her teaching. She loved life and embraced every moment of it. She was a deciding factor in my decision to become a teacher myself. My thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you.

Mrs. Linehan ws my marine science teacher at Green Run in the late 80's. I am still friends with several people I met in her class. She always made learning fun and was great at making us all laugh even though she herself may have been having a bad day. When I think back I remember her and that class fondly. My deepest sympathies to her friends and family.

PS my older sister was also a student of hers in the mid 80's and also thought highly...

Our friendship began in 1974 as first year teachers. Throughout the years, you brought laughter and joy to our friendship. I'll remember the field trips to the beach, the trip to the mountains where we navigated through that farmer's old cave. I remember how your students just loved you! I also hope that heaven has not given you a first bell and will let you sleep in until second.
I also know how much you loved your three kids. You told me often. You were so proud of them.
