My sister and I will miss playing poker with our Aunt Arlene. On March 18th, 2023, this picture was taken when we had the privilege of her inviting us to her home in Shaker for a gathering. Which of course, turned into a poker party after being fed well. So, let´s talk about those poker parties. If you didn´t have money, you weren´t welcomed to play - simple as that. I was saddened to hear about the loss of Arline. Her wit, bright personality, and ability to entertain made her a joy to be around. Her wide range of interests always kept conversations lively and engaging. My heartfelt condolences to the family and all who were touched by her remarkable presence.

Arlene was a wonderful woman who could talk movies, sports and politics within the same conversation. She had a great sense of humor and a sharp wit. She will be missed!

Sad that Arlene has passed. One of the most interesting and artistic people I eever met. I eventually became her neighbor and miss her loud music from her opera nights and her American-Italian 1950's nights - Her rendition of Mombo Italian was classic !!!! and very missed.
