I knew Arlene from when our sons were Boy Scouts troop 150 at ps 32. We go back about 30 years. Although we weren´t close friends she was a sweetheart person who always could be counted on when you needed anything. She had many physical problems and hit roadblocks along her journey many times. She was a devoted woman who loved her children more than life itself. Reading this obituary saddens me deeply because I saw it after the wake.
