I had the absolute pleasure of working with Arlene at Canyon Ranch for years. I was a brand new Massage Therapist and she worked our desk. Many times, Arlene would notice that a guest had upset me, or another therapist and would always know exactly what to say to help us move on from it. She was a joy to be around.
