Arlene attended the Steubenville School of Cosmetology and received her manager's license from the State of Ohio. Per Arlene's wishes, there are no formal memorial services. Eddie and family. We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Arlene. She was a beautiful women and she will be missed dearly. I remember when I was young I colored my hair, "my dad did not allow me to do this", well it turned out jet black, my mom called Arlene for help on what to do to cover up my mess, it could not be covered up.
