Not sure what to say?

Dear McRae Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Arlene at ASU, and was touched by her generosity of self to everyone she met. In recent months I've thought of her and I'm sorry I didn't try to contact her. I'm sure she knows how she touched my life with her uplifting spirit. My thoughts and prayers to all of you during this trying time.

Dear Arlene,

I still can't believe that you are gone. Every day I think of you and what a wonderful friend and inspiration you were. I will miss you until I see you again.

Hope McKiernan

I had the pleasure to work with Arlene at Pima Community College. She was kind, compassionate and cared for all people. I loved to hear her laugh and share her stories with me. She was one of the good ones that I will truly miss sharing life stories with. My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family.

Arlene lit up my day even though it meant she was back in the hospital, for I took care of her several times at TMC. She was and is an extraordinary soul and I appreciated her strength, humor, candor and deep faith. My life continues better for having time with her and she will be remembered with respect and fondness.

O that day when freed from sinning,
I shall see Thy lovely face;
Clothed then in blood washed linen
How I’ll sing Thy sovereign grace;
Come, my Lord, no longer tarry,
Take my ransomed soul away;
Send thine angels now to carry
Me to realms of endless day.
(Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing)

Be at peace, my dear friend.
