Arlene Klose Schweikert

You were my great grandmother. I met you few times in my life that I can remember. But out of what I do remember of you. I knew that you were a loving woman. I will always remember when I came to see you on 2018 for the week I was in NYC.

I was in and out of the Schweikert house for decades, to see Tommy Schweikert. We lived two houses away. My mother, Ann Moffit, and Mrs. Betros from up the block, were great friends with Mrs. Schweikert. Mrs. Schweikert was a frequent houseguest of ours; for Tupperware parties, or just to sit on the front porch and talk. I am so sad to hear this news. Tottenville was a different world then.
