Steve, Ryan, Paige and I would like to extend our deepest condolences to Arlene's family. She was quite the character and will be sorely missed. How many times she'd start a story and then after about 10 minutes say, "to make a long story short" and we'd all smile and look at each other thinking, "there's a longer version of this story?" She had such a kind heart and we loved her a lot. At least now she'll be with her beloved Jim.
