Mrs Welch was one of the most loving, caring, friendly, sweet, people you could ever hope to have as a part of your life. I am so grateful God graced my daughter with her presence in her early school years. Prayers for her peaceful journey and for Rev Welch as I know the pain of the loneliness he is feeling all to well.
