Arline was one of a kind. We became friends just after Irving passed away. She would call and just wanna chat or to check on me. Hearing of her passing is such a shock. We just talked at Christmas. She was telling me that she was so upset that her hair looked so terrible...Im sure she looked great as always. I am happy that she's not in pain anymore. But, I will miss our talks, as will Kevin. Arline, we never did get to have those hot dogs but I promise this summer Kevin and I will make sure...

Arline was more than a friend to me. I felt a very deep connection to Her. She was always there for me when I needed Her to console me in some of my darkest days. She was always just a phone call away. She never judged me. We met at work in the cafeteria and instantly formed a bond. I will miss Her beautiful smile, Her great personality and wonderful sense of humor, and loyalty to Her friends and family.
