Arlon Clayton Motsch

MOTSCH Arlon Clayton Motsch CW4 RET (Pappy) went to be with the Lord on September 18, 2010 in Lytle Texas, after living in San Antonio Texas for 38 yrs. He was born on September 29, 1926 in Schertz Texas to Carl F. Motsch and Edna Dorothy Grobe Motsch. Arlon is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Helen Dorries Motsch; daughter, Elisha Aubrey; son, Arlon C. "Rink" Motsch Jr.and wife Resa; grandchildren, Colleen Beazer (Brad), Deanna Rindorf (Jack), Aaron Motsch, Trace Motsch; great-grandchildren, Dakota & Maverick Rindorf and Auslyn & Elyssa Beazer. After retiring with 29 yrs. of Military Service and 10 yrs. of Civil Service he actively served as a volunteer in Wilford Hall's Pharmacy for 15 yrs. He loved fishing at the Coast with family and friends and was "Mr. Fix-it" to all of us. Pappy will be greatly missed by all the lives he touched. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 10:45AM at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, with Army Honors.
