Armagene Hines

Armagene Hines was born on June 6, 1947, to Jasper Hines, Sr and Catherine Hairston Hines she was third of four children. 

She matriculated through the Gary Community School System and graduated from Roosevelt High School, class of 1965.

She moved to Chicago, IL where she spent much of her adult life, where she worked for Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). During her tenure, while she was planning for her future, she joined the United States Army Reserve, where she retired from in 2007. She moved back to Gary, IN when she was 70 years of age and remained until her passing on December 17, 2024.
