Armand was an oil man/landman with a sense of humor. He was a pleasure to work with and his word was his bond. One of a kind. I miss him. Roger Herrera

I didn't learn of Armand's passing until somewhat recently. I knew him for many years; and worked with him at APSC and LFSI. He was a very great friend and companion.

I am so sad to hear of Armand Spielman passing. He came here to St Louis about 15 years ago, I also visited Alaska about 10 years ago and he was so nice and hospitable. RIP my friend.

I was sad to learn of Armand's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him when he was in charge of acquiring the right of way for the Alaska Pipeline. He had an amazing knowledge of land law. He was a true gentleman. He will be greatly missed.

My prayers and thoughts go out to
Armands family. He was a good man, a loyal friend, and a tough competitor in the
Alaska oil and gas business. God bless, he never saw a paragraph he liked.

Dear Grandpa, life won't be the same without you. We miss you terribly! But I am so happy you are in heaven with Grandma Jackie, waking down the streets of France once more. Love you forever and always.
