Armando C. Elias (at center in photo), 86, previously of Yuma passed on to be with our Lord on September 16, 2013 in Tucson Ariz. Born April 1, 1927 in Douglas, Arizona.
Armando was in the U.S. Army and a Veteran of World War II. Armando worked at YTS (YPG) as the assistant Chief Personnel Officer and later went on to work for the Arizona State Employment Office as the District manager in the Yuma office.
Memorial services will be held at Brings Memorial Chapel, Tucson, Ariz., on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10 AM.
My Dearest Tio, I am deeply missing you.. I saw you suffer for many years. I understand that you had to go.. Thank you for leaning on from time to time, thank you for trusting in me enough to do that.. You are a good friend of mine. I love you
