I WAS WORKING IN THE POST OFFICE WHEN MANDO STARTED THERE. WE PLAYED ON THE POST OFFICE SOFTBALL TEAMS WE WERE GOOD!!!!! I was a proud member of the Sidney Lanier High School football team between 1968-1970. I was fortunate to have played under the guidance and leadership of Coach Montelongo. Condolence to family Lanier Voke Mike Hernandez 1970 RIP Coach

Coach Armando Montelongo was my track coach at Lanier. We stayed in touch through the years as we spoke at least once a month on the phone. I visited Coach recently when he was in the hospital. We had another great conversation. I was there for over 2 hours just reminiscing. He mentioned Ram Davila, Jerry Garcia, Juan Clark, Mario Medina and many others. I´ll miss our conversations.
