Dear Doug, You probably don't remember me, but I remember you from high school, and I sure remember your dad from all those times I rode my bike to the Superette. He was always so nice to us kids, and I know we were probably an aggravation a lot of the time! I am sorry for your loss--my mother passed away on Feb. 2, and even though they lived a full life, it is hard to lose a parent and enter the time of living with memories. I hope yours are good ones, and that God walks with you on this...

So sorry to hear about your Dad. I see that he served in the Army during WWII as did my Dad. It's sad to see all those brave soldiers from The Greatest Generation, that sacrificed so much for our country slowly disappearing. They should always be remembered. R.I.P. Talk to you soon.
