Arnetta was a good friend to us for all the years we lived in DE and beyond. We are so sorry to hear of her passing.

Rest in Paradise Arnetta.

So sorry to hear about Arnetta's passing. She was a friend of 30yrs+, as we went back to our DuPont Co days together, when each of us worked for DuPont's Corporate General Counsel. She and I caught up a few times for breakfast, and we stayed in touch. She was a wonderful person. Our prayers for the family are "for the Peace that Passeth Understanding."

Arnetta was almost too nice to be Chair of the Delaware Public Service Commission. But underneath that grace, charm, and good manners, was a lady who could be just as tough as she needed to be. I held her in high regard as a fair and thoughtful leader of the Commission.

RIP my soror! I was glad to fellowship with you weeks ago at Family and Friends Day. We both were glad to see each other and shared joy that Sunday! I will forever remember your beautiful smile!

Arnetta was a good friend and valued School Board member in the New Castle County Vo-Tech District. She was a caring and compassionate supporter of quality education and opportunities for all children. She was a great mentor to me. My condolences to the McRae family.

Condolences to the McRae family on the loss of Arnetta.

What an incredibly gifted and accomplished person who guided so many of us in the New Castle Vo-Tech School District, where she served as a valued school board member.

It was an honor to work with her for nearly twenty years. I know she loved her time on the Board and served with distinction. God bless!

Arnetta was a great person. I knew her in the 1990s when she was a both a Board Member and Finance Chair at the Chesapeake Bay Girl Scout Council. She was a mentor to me and I considered her a friend. I have not seen her in years but am saddened to hear of her passing. Her wit, intelligence, beauty and charm made a lasting impression on all she met. I wish her family peace at this difficult time.
