Arno John Black Thunder

Arno had a few nicknames such as "BJ" and "Wakiya Sapa" meaning Black Thunder in his native Lakota tongue. He was known throughout all of Rapid City and had many, many friends and should be remembered for his kindness and soft spoken ways. Doksha my friend.
