I first met Mr. Ellis when he and his wife, Eleanor used to come to the Holiday Inn for Sunday Brunch years ago. I have never in all of these years known a kinder human on this earth. He took in a little stray dog in the 90s, that no one else wanted, and they became the best of friends. What a lucky little dog to have been a part of Mr. Ellis's sweet and gentle existence.
