This is my grandpa i never got too meet him but from what i heard he was a great man and i wish i got to meet him and i will love him and i hope one day ill get to meet him at the gates of heaven when i meet my lord i love you pawpaw

I have worked with Gene for five years at schewels in christiansburg he was a dedicated worker and a good man I wish all of his family comfort during this time. Gene you will be sadly missed by all of us here at schewels you will never be forgotten we will not allow that to happen thanks for the chance to know you and work with you. I know you are probably enjoying the races in heaven and man I bet they are exciting.

I am truly sorry about yalls loss.Pam,Chris,and Junior if yall need anyone to talk to i am hear for yall.Gene loved yall very much.And he will be sadly missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know your family well but I pass your house daily and Gene would always waive and smile. I will miss his kind gesture and seeing him care for his animals.
