Arnold was a good manager and a kind man. I remember his dedication to our work at EPA and fishing. He had such a kind heart and held a bass tournament for kids. My prayers are with Betty Jean and his family.

I will miss dr aspelin, a kind man and a great boss

All of my love and respect to a man who was both a Father and a special Brother to me. A really decent man who never let his advanced education get in the way of equally participating in the many fun outings, hunting/target shooting, fishing, shooting fireworks, crabbing, camping, skiing, wave running, and doing the countless other pursuits we enjoyed together over a 38 year time period.

We will miss your boyish smile,your ability to accept people as they are, and your unequaled...
