Not sure what to say?

So this was actually a long time coming. I know the family well. Arnie was our accountant, Arnie was a family friend and Arnie was a mentor for me as my father passed many years previously. I would sit in his office and have a pointed question about what I should do and he would lay the answer out for me. He was a guide and a guardrail all in one...so important and unselfish with his time. I´m still with his firm Arnold J Hodes but it´s not nearly the same. This man, this CPA, this friend...

Shelley, Harlan & Tammy - I was very saddened to learn of Arnie's passing. My mother Betty loved his father dearly and in fact Harry was her "favorite" uncle. I am only glad that she did not live to know that Arnie has gone. Please share with Sandra my most heartfelt condolences to you all. (And if you have a chance to communicate with Mike Lessen, pls. tell him his reminiscence of Harry and Fenway - including the house Jim Stimler built next door with my dad's help - brought a tear to my...

Tammy and Harlan. I'm so sorry to learn of Arnie's passing. He was simply just a bright, great guy and friend. I will miss him as you will. So happy that we were able to go out for a fun evening and dinner in April. Jon Maloff

Dear Harlan and Tammy,
Both John and I were lucky to consider your dad, above all, our friend. We are grateful for his kindness and the opportunity we had to visit with him shortly before his passing. It gave Arnie great pleasure to tell us about both of you, your accomplishments, and his grand kids. Our condolences for your great loss.
Love, John and Patti Dellas

To the Family of ARNIE, We are saddened to hear of Arnie's passing. We first met Arnie in 1981 when he was referred to us by our attorney to be the accountant for an upstart business office. Over the years that relationship grew from our business accountant to our family accountant. During that time not only was he our accountant but we considered him to be a friend. That was the way Arnie was. We always had good talks when meeting in his office. Marv spoke to him for the last time by...

To Arnie's family...we are so sorry for your loss. Although we had lost contact with each other, it was wonderful reconnecting when we ran into each other on our last cruise.

I was very sorrowed to hear of Arnie's passing. He was a great human being and a very warm and loving friend of my brother from way back. May his soul rest in peace.
