My deepest condolences to Dr. Kaluzny's family. He taugh me that it was OK to continue to question structures and assumptions in organizational culture. He had a significant impact on my professional career that positively affected my now 35 year career in health operations and improvement. I am forever grateful for Dr. Kaluzny as a teacher, mentor, and role model - he will be missed by many!
