LETART — Arnold Lewis Roush, 84, of Letart, passed away Nov. 6, 2018 at his home, following an extended illness.
He was born March 2, 1934 in Mason, a son of the late Paul Arnold and Minnie (Brown) Roush.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Joe Roush; sister, Pauline Lieving; grandson, T.J. DelBello.
He was a graduate of Wahama High School. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran and a member of the American Legion Post #140, New Haven. He was retired with 38 years of service from Constellium, Ravenswood and was a member of the United Steelworkers Union Local # 5668, Ravenswood. He was a member of the Graham Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and riding his side by side.
Survivors include his wife Alice Faye (Hess) Roush; son, Timothy Arnold Roush and his wife Teri of Letart; daughter, Mary Teresa DelBello-Granai of Burkesville, KY; sisters, Barbara Goodnight of Tulsa, OK, Mary Bradley of Racine, Ohio and Betty Roush of Mulberry, FL; grandchildren, Gabe and Chelsie Roush and Tate DelBello; step-children, Debra Kline, Timothy Elkins, and Tina James all of Niles, MI; two great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren, and nine step great-grandchildren.
The service will be 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 9 in the Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home, Mason with Pastor Mark Bell officiating. Burial will follow with full military honors provided by V.F.W. Post #9926, Mason, American Legion Post #140, New Haven, and V.F.W. Post # 0039, Pomeroy, Ohio in the Sunrise Cemetery, Letart. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
