Arnies passing has brought back many fond memories on how to deal with wandering animals (dogs and cats) Arnie certainly shared with me some unique methods of control. We had many enjoyable times at work and he was a credit to the department. Rest in peace my good friend.

Deepest sympathies to the family. Spending many hours of our teen years with Jennie in the basement of the Spence home, "Mr.Spence" always welcomed us into his home.
Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
