Time has not faded the memories of a good and decent man. Debbie and I speak of him often. It is hard to accept that he is gone. I hope Heaven appreciates him as much as we did.

Today has been 9 years since you left us. I speak of you often with Debbie. We laugh and share a few tears. You have left such a lasting impression on so many...an honorable, hard-working family man. Are there cowboys in heaven, Buddy? I hope so!

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...
